Pension increases
While you are receiving a pension from the Plan, certain rules apply to the way in which it may be increased each year.
The rules are complicated by different legal requirements for any GMP part of your pension and State pensions in general. To find out more, please open or download the relevant 'Guide to pension payments and increases' from the Pensions Brochures page.
Date of increase
Eligible pensions in payment are reviewed / increased in April. Letters which show the revised amount of pension payable are issued to pensioners at the end of March.
