Administration
The Trustee has delegated the day-to-day administration of the Plan to the Pensions Service Centre, based in Chesterfield.
The Pensions Service Centre employs around 100 people and is responsible for:
- maintaining members' records accurately
- liaising with the Company as required over employee data and benefits
- calculating members' benefits
- accurate and timely payment of benefits
- corresponding with members - for instance in the event of a member retiring, or an active (employee) member leaving the Plan, or with beneficiaries in the event of a member's death
- answering members' questions about their own benefits - including running the Helpline number (0114 241 4545).
Please make sure you keep the Pensions Service Centre updated with any change of your personal circumstances (e.g. marriage, divorce), change of address, and, for pensioners, if your bank account details change.
