Bereavement
Unfortunately, it may be that you are visiting this site because of the death of a member of the Plan. In this case, this section may also be useful to the widows/widowers, family or other beneficiaries of a member who has died. If a relative or someone you know has died and they were a member of the Plan, please contact the Pensions Service Centre straight away.
