The Pensions Service Centre can help if you’re changing your personal details, leaving the plan, or transferring your benefits. And they can explain what to do if you’re the beneficiary of a member who has recently died. They’re happy to help with any other general queries too.

The Trustee Executive is not able to answer general enquiries about your own benefits but they can answer questions about the management of the Plan, funding and investment strategy.

For support and information

The Pensions Advisory Service offer free and impartial guidance to people with workplace pensions. They can also help with a problem or complaint that you can't resolve by speaking or writing to us.

The Rowland Hill Fund supports current and former employees of Royal Mail Group in times of need. It offers both financial assistance and practical support.
