Early retirement

To take your RMPP pension benefits before the Plan normal retirement ages (if you are over age 55 or within 3 months of age 55).

Change address

To notify us if your address or contact details have changed and you are a deferred or retired member of the Plan.

Notification of death form

To notify the Plan of the death of a pensioner or pensioner dependant currently receiving a pension from the Plan.

Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP) - Stage 1 Application

To apply to the Pensions Service Centre to investigate a complaint concerning your pension from the Royal Mail Pension Plan (the ‘RMPP’).

To apply to the Pensions Service Centre  to reconsider a determination made by the Pensions Service Centre in stage 1.
