Find out more about your benefits, and who takes care of them

The responsibility for the RMPP is shared between Royal Mail Group, Post Office Ltd and the RMPP Trustee. The Trustee is actually a company, or corporate trustee, called Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Ltd.  It has a board of Trustee Directors, who all act in the same way as individual trustees would.

There is also an administrator: the Pensions Service Centre. They look after the RMPP from day-to-day, doing things like collecting contributions and paying benefits. They deal with members’ questions, and updates to your details such as a change of address. They’ll write to you regularly to keep you updated.
